  1. Bought a new laptop recently since the old one was severely damaged. I installed this one and tried using it. Apparently, every time I play/edit a video and hit the stop button, it freezes. I have to do the ctrl+alt+del to stop the program from running.

  2. About half the time I copy a movie there is a problem with the new disc. But the biggest problem with this is that I don’t always no until half-way into watching the film. What you get from this software is a crap-shoot, and you never know what the real outcome is going to be. I have tried different setting over the last 11 months, on several different burners and players, all with the same results. And forget about their inept and callous tech support staff in Asia.

Here’s the bottom line. If you want to buy a bunch of DVD’s and use them as drink coasters, this is the product for you. If you want useable copies of your DVD’s… forget it. Here are some of the bad copies you’ll get: The first chapter won’t play, but the rest work fine. The disc isn’t recognized by any DVD player. The audio is out of sync, either through all or only part of the movie. Cloner can’t break the encryption. Scenes are missing. And the list goes on and on…

  3. Won’t work on IE6, and their support guy spends his time proving you’re wrong, rather than fixing the problem.

  4. You pretty much have to figure this out on your own. The Help menu is more like a glossary and there is no manual to download or forums from their website. I just started using it and figured things out as I went along, so this may be whay you’ll have to do.

  5. I was very disapointed when i bought this piece of (software?). All it did for me is input the wrong time in to FSX, its an hour behind. When pointed it out to the developer, rather than trying to fix the issue, he chooses to just ignore it.
