  1. I not have ads popping up and it has hijacked my internet explorer to go surfing on its own. Waiting for the virus scan to finis so I can start uninstalling and reinstalling programs.

  2. Ugly interface, bad resource usage, gets stuck, gets false positives from windows components.

  4. We are a medium size manufacturing company. Our IT infrastructure runs on VMware platform. We tried Nakivo backup and it worked just fine. We had it installed and configured in an hour, and the same night we were able to make the first backup. With flash VM boot we could get a VM up & running in several minutes. I highly recommend this software to companies running VMware and requiring easy and fast backups.

  5. There are a few bugs in the program such as clicking on the IObit icon in the lower toolbar doesn’t seem to work quite like it should but what program does first out of the stalls.

  6. Utilises an enormous amount of memory space; slow and sluggish. When integrated with MS Explorer, it requires repeated attempts to open a .pdf file

  7. this new version forced a trial of full security package which blocked pictures in all emails (with no option to change settings). If it hadn’t interfered with my normal setup I would have considered to purchase.

  8. Too many programs, including a McAffee scanner and Adobe Air, both of which I didn’t ask for and I have no control over. Updater that runs constantly by default. Huge footprint on the drive. All I want to do is read an occasional PDF.

  9. In over 30 years of dealing with computers, I would rate this software as having the worst customer assistance I encountered. The free coverage is so short you are not likely to encounter a problem before it runs out. I wrote Acronis about the short term and they replied it is the “industry standard”. Strange in 30 years I never had software before with that industry standard. Service is basically a pay per incident and the website makes it confusing what you have to pay. It seems to be “We try to solve the problem and then we tell you how much you owe.”

  10. If you’re just looking for a specific card/component, you havr to get reams of information together with it

  11. It would be nice to have auto update ( you have to press the update button every time you want to use the program) but this is free so I guess I should not be too picky
